The game is on its way for proofing

Hopefully, if everything goes well, we should have an actual printed copy of Reign in Hell in our (well, my hands) by the end of this upcoming week. And, if everything goes really, really well, then the proof will be perfect and we’ll be ready to release the game soon after. I’ll be honest, I have a suspicion that we’ll have to make some simple changes after seeing the proof - probably lighten up some of the art images so they don’t print too darkly in the print-on-demand process.

If we do need to change things, then it’ll take a little over a week to get another proof back, and if that one’s good, then we should be able to start the marketing countdown, which we’re working on now.

The interesting thing about all of this is that once you’re able to actually read it, it’ll all be in the past and the game will be out. However, I wanted to put it out there so many other folks who’re interested in publishing their own games will understand a little bit more about the process. We’re not experts (well, not yet) so don’t expect a tutorial, but we’ll continue to talk about the process going forward.
